There is one in Kamaden that I found by chance. Malavaka trades 50 cookies for 1 token. Is there one in Lions Arch so my GrandDaughter who is a new player w/ a low lvl can trade cookies for a token to get a halloween hat?

She only has Prophecies at the time.
